Managing Partner Debbie Chapman is considered an expert on
travel and business issues in Russia and Ukraine. She helps
travelers from all over the world reach these very complex
destinations and also advises them on business practices.
Debbie has served as president of the Oakland-Nakhodka Sister
City Association, as chair of the San Francisco Chamber of
Commerce's Central and European Subcommittee and as an advisor
to Heart to Heart, the International Children's Medical Alliance,
which focuses on medical relief in Russia. She has also been
a consultant to the U.S. Department of Commerce on business
opportunities between companies in California and Russia.
Debbie has a B.A. in comparative literature from the University
of California, Berkeley, an M.A. in comparative literature
from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from New York
University.
